Max K WillscherMAX K. WILLSCHER, M.D. 1944-1995  Dr. Willscher was a graduate of Waltham High School, Bowdoin College, and Tufts University Medical School.  Following completion of his urology residency at Boston University, he won first prize in the American Urological Association's Grayson Carroll Research Contest in 1977.

Following two years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force, he joined Manchester Urology Associates in the private practice of urology.

His 18 years of practice were marked by his vision, his love of teaching, and his constant striving to "find a better way", which led to numerous inventions, instrument designs, laser applications, the development of the N.H. All who came in contact with him in these endeavors were struck by his genius and innovation.  His energy, talents, and accomplishments, although abbreviated, continue to be inspirational.
